MADEX (International Maritime Defense Industry Exhibition) is the main Maritime Defense Industry Exhibition in Korea.
This event was hosted and organized by the South Korean Navy with other organizations.
MADEX 2023 was held at BEXCO Exhibition Center (Busan) from 7th to 9th of June.
MADEX attracts participants from all over the globe. This year also 30 international Naval delegations visited MADEX.
AZG participated in this event as an Iraqi company.
AL Zaman Group for Shipbuilding (AZG) was invited by KOTRA (Korea Trade Investment Promotion Agency) to participate in this event as a Buyer.
During this expo AZG had meetings and business discussions with many companies.
Iraqi Embassy in Seoul specially appointed First Secretary Mr. Sharif to represent Iraqi Embassy at the MADEX 2023 for 3 complete days and analyze the proceedings of the exhibition and activities of AZG.
Mr. Sharif actively took part in all the events of the exhibition including conferences and B2B meetings with Korean companies and collected useful information for development of bilateral relationship.
AZG also had meetings with foreign official delegations.
