AL Zaman Group ‘AZG’ is operating “Accommodation Jack-Up Barge” for 182 persons at ABOT (Al Basrah Oil Terminal) in Republic of Iraq.
This Jack-Up Barge has accommodation capacity for 182 people and is surveyed by ABS classification society.
The jack up barge (Pandan) is a self propelled accommodation jack up barge with a helideck, 45m in length and 35m wide and gross tonnage of 3714MT.
The jack up barge has four spuds each spud is 77.47m long.
The Jack-Up Barge has a main crane with a capacity of 75MT at 19m and an auxiliary crane with a capacity of 27.5MT at 17m .
The barge is equipped with all navigation and communication equipment at the wheel house.
While it also has a firefighting and safety system that is checked on regular basis and tested to always be prepared for emergency situations.
The barge is currently being operated by AZG at Al Basra Oil Terminal and it is occupied by Basra Oil Company staff.
The Barge also has operational offices, conference room & meeting areas, medical & healthcare facilities, gym, hygienic dining areas and mess.
AZG is providing all services onboard the barge including crew management, catering services, internet services, and all other operation and maintenance.
